Everything we do comes back to what we believe.
In our Membership Club, each of us recently shared a version of:
"I need to focus on my strengths & not allow others' opinions to affect me so much. "
Yes, mastering that would be terrific because our beliefs affect everything we do, see and understand.... but those beliefs don't tend to change just because we want them to.
In fact, most of the time we don't know what's in our way... we just know something isn't working.
So let's hear some ideas?
What can we do to focus on our strengths?
What can we do to not allow others' opinions to affect us so much?

Dr. Brookh Lyons is a chiropractorwho noticed that telling people what to do for their health care wasn't working, so she started asking questions that lead her clients to making their own strong decisions. In doing this, she observed that most of us are operating on a system we created for survival as a child, but that system is no longer serving us (although we do everything to keep it going). It's time to break free. It's time to stop trying to 'feel' only the good and learn to live gracefully within both the good and the bad feelings that are totally normal so that we don't hold on to things that hold us back, and we can release it and move on.
