Lesson 13: Would you believe, habits of loneliness and sadness don't bring me joy?

My Spirit knows.

Dear Reader, Like you, I'm on a journey of listening to my heart more, focussing on what's truly important to me and my family, and letting go of the fluff and sticky crap that holds me down. These are the lessons I'm learning every day. I hope you can relate. Love Brookh

Sometimes I feel a certain way, (say lonely, or sad), because I don’t know what else to do?

So lonely and sad became my habit.

Sometimes lonely and sad, (even naughty or smart), get me some attention, (so I do it again and again). I share something to be SEEN by the people who mean something to me, but sometimes my actions are more habit than authentic.

I don't like how that feels.

Do you know what I mean? I want to be me, but in truth, I keep changing and when I am not mindfully paying attention, I fall behind and start making decisions that bring me more of what I don't want.

It's time to wake up, (gently). It's time catch up to meet the current me because she is wise and knows what to do. Me "right now", knows how to be happy, and how to surround herself with richly fulfilling experience that might not light up anyone else but me.

It's time to live that way.

It's time to meet the current you. Today take a few minutes to connect more deeply with who you have become and how you can move toward what you really hope to achieve. You will only get there if you know where you're going.

If you can relate, reach out or let me know in the comments below.
