Life CAN be fun! Recently a friend of my daughter, got her first visit from her monthly friend. I might have been more excited than she was! So, I planned something special on the fly; goofy, funny and yes, sometimes even a bit embarrassing (dare I even say, trashy? Shhh).
Sometimes we don't realize that we, ourselves, are blocking our own happiness. We want it so badly, "Why can't I just be happy?" we scream out in the dark, but there is a way out. Let me share some of my journey, in hopes of helping you to realize that you are not alone, but it's time to wake up. We need you.
One day, I buckled over in severe pain during a walk, and we learned that I had been carrying twins, and one of the babies died. This type of loss can be devastating, but I truly didn’t feel very sad because we still had one baby coming and we focused on that. But I would soon discover the great impact that this baby would have on our world and the lives of those I touch.
